Rare, elegant and stylish, these well drawn neo classical urns are of exceptional quality. British in origin, they almost were certainly cast in one of the great midlands foundries at the end of the 18th Century or beginning of the 19th Century. They benefit from bold everted rims, with well moulded details above the classic campana shape and moulded handle grips. They have excellent historic paint surface and are of a generous form and scale. Urns of this style and quality are equally well suited within an interior scheme, as well as being situated outside in a garden or parkland.
