Condition: The “Ground Floor” level of this stylised architectural façade is modelled as a terraced shop front with the trade sign of “R. Swann & Co” painted above the shop windows. The first and second floors both boast a pair of bay windows. The hinged front opens to reveal an interior which is simply fitted with a single shelf.
