Condition: Of wonderful rounded almost egg shaped organic form and with a pale tactile driftwood surface, this ancient domestic culinary bowl has natural sculpture and style. The grain of the wood is a subtle decorative feature to the interior, it is in excellent condition and bearing the carved date 1811and various historic markings to the underside. This is a rare and loveable example.
