Condition: A particularly fine and restrained design, this elegant blacksmith made hoop back chair is in perfect original condition. The metal has a lovely old patinated surface with some small traces of historic paint surface, the lattice work seat is in perfect original and functional condition. Whilst originally a humble working chair, the fine design and craftsmanship have combined to lend it a long working life, which makes it a rare and graceful survivor.
