Georgian Tripod Wine Table With A Hexadecagonal Shaped Top

On Gun Barrel Turned Stem and Splayed Feet
Nutty Coloured Solid Oak

English c. 1800

25.75” high x 19.75” wide x 19.25” deep

A most unusual and satisfying shaped top, this Georgian Tripod wine Table is raised on a well turned baluster stem and spread tripod slipper feet. It is made from solid English oak, now patinated to a warm nutty colour with great original surface. Of good functional proportions this would work well as a lamp, wine or general occasional table as well as a bedside table. In good sound functional condition with evidence of its age.
