Because...It's Summer

Of generous proportions and in genuine untouched original condition, this elegant and fully functional garden or conservatory table comes with direct provenance to an English country house collection in Hampshire, although it is undoubtedly French in origin.

Fashioned from a wide single piece sheet metal top, which is raised on a well-drawn and finely fashioned hand wrought iron base, with the four legs joined by two horizontal circular stretchers and four upright decorative “C” scroll bracing stretchers,it is both robust and romantic in design.

Retaining traces of the historic painted surface and with a wonderfully weathered and naturally patinated surface, it can still function as an “al fresco” garden, terrace or conservatory dining table or equally work as a unique and stylish interior accent in a contemporary apartment or in a traditional indoor space.

A rare and untouched original piece of hand made metal furniture, with fine lines and integrity of surface.
