This exceptional French Provincial Folk Art Screen depicts the Fontaine des Innocents, which was designed and sculpted by the architect Jean Goujon between 1456 and 1549, and built into a wall on the Rue St. Denis. It was later relocated to the centre of the Square des Innocents just south of Les Halles, Paris.
